Excursion to Evantonian

I went to Evantonian to have a nice Indian meal.
I found the restaurant and sat down to eat.
I ate the meal.
It was good Indian food but it sucked for some reason.
I went and bought a chocolate bar.
That was better.
Then I went to the coffee shop and ordered a small latte with an extra shot.
It was good but the coffee shop was like a rainforest.
It was moist and uncomfortable.
I tried to read my book but just read the chapter headings and left.
It was so windy and rainy that I did not go to the dog park which can be entertaining.
Dogs are like people but without any guard.
At least the parking was free.
Anyway I took the scenic way home.
It was the best part of my excursion.

Walk in the Woods, Again

I went for a walk in the woods.
Same pretty trail as last time.
Came upon John’s tent.
Who was there?
What the?
John was still ‘out’.
Paul invited me in.
He wore an orange robe and his head was shaved.
“I’m a Buddhist monk now,” he said. “I’m donating all the money I gathered from the bank to charity.”
“But, aren’t you on the lam?” I asked.
“That has been worked out with Mayor Armapple.”

Walk in the Woods

I went for a walk in the woods.
Pretty trail.
Then I saw John’s tent.
What the?
John was ‘out’.
I left a note so he’d know I came to visit.
Linkyshire has a gravitational pull.
